Bilal Little is a Director at the most iconic financial institutions in the world. Prior to his current role he was Senior Vice President at Harbor Capital Advisors, a $50B asset manager.  Where he was responsible for advisor solutions and national accounts.  Prior to joining Harbor, Bilal was the President and Head of Advisor Engagement at AssetLink.AI, an artificial intelligence data unification provider.  Prior to that role, he was a Director at BlackRock for 6 years, which is the world’s largest asset manager.  There he helped build the asset management industry’s leading intermediary distribution channel.  Working with financial advisors to define their unique investment philosophy and improve operational efficiency.  He served on several internal committees, which included the US Wealth Advisory Commercial Strategy Committee, USWA Social Impact Committee and DE&I Committee.  Prior to joining BlackRock in 2015, Mr. Little was a Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman in Los Angeles, CA.  He began his career in 2006 with Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Little earned his Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, along with an MIT Sloan School of Management Certificate in Blockchain Technologies.  Bilal holds the FINRA series 7, 65 and 63 licenses.  Finally, Mr. Little is recognized as a Certified Exchange Traded Fund Advisor with the CETF designation.
